Questions & Information: Please contact our Admissions Office to have your questions answered, get more information, meet with a principal, and/or have a tour of the facilities.
Parent/Student Handbook: Please get a copy of the Parent/Student Handbook from the office or download it from our website. Read the handbook and review the rules and policies with your children.
Application: After having your initial questions answered and reading the handbook, please go to the top of this page and click the Application link. Follow the detailed instructions here. The application must be completed and submitted with the non-refundable application fee of $50. After the application has been submitted and we have received the pastor and principal reference form, our Admissions Office will contact you to set up entrance testing
Testing: LCS administers entrance tests to all prospective students entering grades K5 through 12 to evaluate academic abilities.
Submit Documentation:
2nd – 9th Grades: Please submit a copy of the student’s most recent report card and achievement test scores
10th – 12th Grade: Please submit a copy of the student’s high school transcript and most recent achievement scores.
Final Interview: When all of the above steps are completed, schedule an interview with the principal and pastor. At least one parent of legal guardian as well as the prospective students must be in attendance for this interview
Acceptance: Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will be notified as soon as possible regarding the student’s acceptance. Admission is not finalized until all applicable documentation has been received and all necessary fees paid in full. The following documentation is needed to begin school: copy of birth certificate; Florida Certificate of Immunization (HRS Form 680); Student Health Exam Form (HRS Form 3040); copy of custody papers, if applicable.
